Naaaaaa, after the first 48 hours in jail he can have another inmate cut his hair during one of the times they are allowed out of their cells. Most jails here have the electric clippers but you have to rely on another inmate you share a cell with to cut your hair, even if they have no experience. One of the Deputies was telling about it one day while we were waiting for the dispatcher......... |
