my ex is a gemeni as am i and i've never seen two less compatible people in my life. that marriage was as big a mistake as her believing that there's actually something to astrology.

I am a Virgo. However, I don't know enough about astrology to know who I am compatible/not compatible with when it comes to signs.

What's your sign? Do you pay attention to what sign a potential love interest is? Have you ever found that you are consistently incompatible with a particular sign? I'm a Cancer and I don't find that the traditional compatibility charts really work for me. Of course I'm a lot less needy and clingy than most Cancers. I am very independent and cherish my alone time. Other than that I'm a pretty textbook Cancer. The only sign I continually have a hard time with is Gemini. I would be very hesitant to start a relationship with a Gemini. |

Ruth I agree about the gemini and cancer mix, not cool. My ex: cancer, me: gemini, nuff said. Yeah. We Cancers like some stability to our lives. You Geminis are always looking for something new.  Thats funny, he was the one that went looking for something new.  Well then he was obviously one of the few idiot Cancers out there. He didn't realize a good thing when he had it.  |

Prashanti, I cant tell what youre saying here. Astrologers hv tried to identify the similarities in behavior of things & to co-relate & group them. If that means you think they are successful, fine for you. I still dont buy it. Im 'Libra', and although I agree with the idea that I am interested in fairness, the other side of the coin is sociability. I am friendly, but seriously unsocial. Not the 'social butterfly' they frequently define me with. Neither was my ex who was also a 'Libra'. My dad is also Libra & he too is not much social. As per my observations libra's are good mediator,peace loving,religious,knowledgeable. they have special interest in politics but seldom they are successful in politics. Despite of being highly intelligent they are usually fooled by persons of even ordinary intelligence & they even don't bother about it as they are quite careless & generous too I've never read any book on astrology & I don't believe blindly in other's observations /opinions.Actually as there is no perfect science & logical support there in,it is hard to believe about anyone's opinion. Few years back I studied (Not much deeply) few personalities around me,I prepared a questionare,First I asked them there sun sign & latter as per there answers & my observation about them,I prepared few notes. After excluding few differences,I noted down few similarities in persons of equal signs.Then I tried those noted observation on some other persons(those who were not studied before)& I found that those were pretty matching. Though not 100% perfectly,I'm able to judge sun sign of a person after getting known to his nature & behavior. I said "TRIED" there because I'm neither sure about my study nor about any other astrologer's opinion(as there is no logically derivable base)& as there are plenty of differences in ever astrologer's opinion. I see towards astrology a good tool for just judging & knowing a person. |

Astrological preferences. Interesting. No clue :-) This Pisces swims with them all. This Pisces does too  I found Pisces particularly promiscuous and willing to accommodate requests. They are the fish of the heavenly waters that quench the thirst of the Mirob trees on the Mounds of Herova. I've never been promiscuous nor wishy-washy ... I am not particularly easy to catch but when I am -I am devoted (and adventurous  ) Well I haven't seen anything but goodness and positivity so your good

Being a Leo, I do not get along with another Leo. There is a constant power struggle as neither of us wants to be told what to do and want to take charge. However, most Leos I met were either cops, firefighters, or military so I guess it goes with the territory to take charge of a situation.

I used to pretend I was a sag at one point bc my teacher was one and he was really into signs. I never understood them but I find the stories pretty interesting. I've grown to really love my sign and think for most part is pretty accurate despite it being fluff.

For the same reason, it's extremely hard for a fish to be adventurous after it finds itself in the bottom of a bucket in a rowboat. "Hey, I'm going to climb mount everest, or invent the portable transistor radio!!" Well, it has to do that in a big hurry if he wants to finish it before ending up in the Big Frying Pan in the Sky. |
