This bill was introduced in 2007 and was killed in the Senate. Unless I am missing something it seems that this is old news that has no chance of ever being resurrected. i think you did... "First introduced in the US Congress in 2007 by Democratic Representative Jane Harmon, this new law passed the US House of Representatives by a secretive voice vote, but failed to pass the US Senate, after which it was believed dead until this past week when it was embraced by Obama who became the first American President to name his own citizens as a threat to his Nations security." But if it died in the Senate it has to go back through the House, be passed by the House, and then pass the Senate to be a law. He cannot make a law just because he says so, it's illegal. it's obama, he doesn't care about the constitution or laws, he'll do it anyway... good thing there are a few conservitives left to keep him from turning our country in a bigger wasteland. |

The thing that bothers me is that a man with a VERY questionable past, unable to provide documents of his nationality from the get go, who makes grand claims and doubles back on all of them, a man who sells us out to the Health Care and Insurance industries, who kow tows to banks and foreign nations, especially Saudi Arabia, turns a blind eye on illegal immigration yet doubles back on his promises of turning a blind eye to LEGAL marijuana clinics and instead begins a crusade to stomp them out in California,
 my fingers needed a breath, has any of America's best interests in mind. He has HIS interests in mind and he is grabbing for power. He desperately wants 4 more years. He wants to silence his opposition. All of what he is doing is like a poor imitation of Adolph Hitler.
What bugs me even more is this man may actually be the one that incites a massive rebellion. I would take armed soldiers kicking in my door VERY poorly! On top of that the Military is supposed to protect us but if we turn on Obama and our congress what will they do? National Guard is still Army NO MATTER HOW YOU TEAR IT! There are situations where the police can be overwhelmed. I think Obama has the balls to use air strikes with maximum firepower on his own people. It is so easy to order people's deaths when you have a wall of people to hide behind. Then again what if the Military sits back and leaves Obama to fend for himself in a situation like that? Disenfranchise the Commander and Chief? That would be a frikken mess too though! The possibilities are frightening. I sure as hell will not live with that jerk telling me to shut up and behave. He sucks. He is a sell out like Clinton. 4 more years I think NOT! Each day Obama presents himself more like a Nazi!
