No, I am un-aided, but the time is approaching far to soon. I need a stick sometimes, but usually I just jam down a handful of Ibuprofen. I don't walk too far & can't stand for long either. At the age of 63, I was told if I could still walk, I'd be put on a list for a plastic knee @ age 65. Nearly 70 & still waiting.....

Did then, same post twice = stutter. Often caused by powerful fingers doing push-ups & other crazy exercises  I never even noticed it was a double post...just thought you'd had a senior moment! So are you having to use a walker now because of your leg? Did you dye your hair blonde?
