U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Arguments on ObamaCare



“I am pleased the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to review the Constitutionality of the fiscal and regulatory nightmare that is ObamaCare. Hearing the case now and ruling it unconstitutional is critical for state budgets that are already feeling the impacts of an intrusive and overreaching federal government.
“The issues in this case go to the heart of our nation’s system of government, specifically the constitutional division of authority between the inherent power of the states and the limited, enumerated authority granted to the federal government. I’m proud that Arizona is among the 26 states that have come together in challenging this unprecedented federal interference.
“For the sake of state sovereignty and the preservation of states’ rights, I look forward to a ruling that ObamaCare, in its entirety, is unconstitutional.”
