Ten million sounds like a lot but not really.
I would probably not tell anyone. Then set up enough to provide my Dad at home care for the rest of his life. The rest I would offer as a grant to a few college researcher that would develope an effective affordable birth control for men. Maybe it wouldn't stop all unwanted and neglected babies but maybe it would put a dent in the problem. |
