Now the supreme court has ruled against the victims who had homeowners insurance. They are saying the damages would exceed 1 billion dollars and they are siding with BIG insurance companies like allstate and state farm. WTF?noway noway
I am SURE that these BIG TICKET insurance companies have billions and then some more. What this tells me is why bother rebuilding a home there when its not COVERED on homeowners. Thats just bullcrap.grumble

since they don't have to cover what they said they would cover the policy holders should get a return on the premiums that they paid for the insurance.

THEY, THE INSURANCE COMPANIES WRITE THE POLICIES TO FIT THEM.
I LIVE IN NW LOUISIANA AND WOULDN'T LIVE IN NO IF YOU PAID ME. ITS BELOW SEA LEVEL.
DON'T BE DUMB, IF YOU DRINK EVERYDAY FROM 5 TILL MIDNIGHT I WILL NOT WRITE YOU AN INSURANCE POLICY FOR DWI. ITS NOT COST EFFECTIVE.
INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE IN BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY. INVEST IN THEM!!!

i guess i need to find the article. there are companies in certain areas that don't offer coverage for certain things but if they do offer coverage and they have charged you for that coverage then it's not dumb to want them to honor that coverage.

i don't think that insurance companies in florida and louisiana offer act of god clauses. instead they break it up in to wind and water. the ruling by the courts was that the insurance companies were not responsible for the claims that were caused by water damage. they ruled that the majority of the damage was from wind driven water which is not covered.

noway grumble  Turn to for help!! aaahhaahahahaha!!!

laugh I was wondering if it was all just TV stunts when they did get the buses into the superdome to those
"poor helpless SHEEP" that had been wallowing in their own sh*t "raping each other" Then what happens??? grumble
They pull guns out!! & start fighting over that!! huh
Yea, they are the pillars of our nation!! drinker
I hope they were able to get all the TVs & pirates treasures on their highjacked buses!!

On the Insurance crap... 3 yrs ago when we had all those bad fires, our ranch was in it. there was houses around us that burnt to the ground, those poor people had to continue paying their premuim for the insurance companies to pay.
Yes I realize everything takes time..
So these people have nothing for over a yr. still waiting for them to pay.
spending what ever their making to live in temp housing of course.
Then when they do pay they have deducted everything.
what's really left??

Now on the other hand, 2 mos after the fires a mud slide hit the KOA campgrounds that was below us in the canyon.
there was over 100 people that lived there all the time (that wasnt really suppose to) So more less ahh people like katina "Victims"
Were talking people with their lil homes ON WHEELS!
So it's Christmas day... & the road kept flooding out about 8am.
at 6pm a flash flood came out of the second canyon & took out over 100 trailers, killed the manager & a guy that was there from the insurance company somewhere back east, inspecting the fire damage mind you..

huh GGeeee, those poor people that lost "EVERYTHING" are sueing everybody!
The owner, the state, the forestry, the fire department(because they made them walk out of there a 1/2 mile cuz they couldnt get in any closer at the moment) & 30 other people I saw listed on this lawsuit.
Now of course the Red cross put them up in the holiday in on the hill in town, gave them food vouchers, clothing vouchers, misc. vouchers for walmart for 2 to $500 & fema issued vouchers to buy cars (& they b*tched cuz it had to be American made)
grumble yawn
The days following as everybody is down there helping these people are b*tching because NOBODY TOLD THEM TO EVACUATE!!!
noway noway noway noway noway noway noway

I don't know but I would of found it a LITTLE hard to spend the day cooking my turkey dinner with rocks & branches hitting my TRAILER ON WHEELS from 8am until 6pm..
I think I would of pulled my trailer WITH EVERYTHING I own down to Walmart & at my turkey dinner & let my kids open their presents! that ended up in the riverbed for miles with trailer parts & vehicles! frown

WHAT PITAFUL SHEEP!!! BECAUSE NOBODY TOLD THEM TO EVACUTE!!
frown
Yes! I feel sorry for them, That their too dumb to get out of the rain as the saying goes...
