Anyone else watch this? I picked Season 1 up I never watced it before and picked it up because of Scott Caan and Alex O'Laughlin(Hard to believe he played a wimpy serial killer in Criminal Minds) are in it.

It has to be one of my favorite shows now. I just watched all the episodes from this season online and I am impressed, all though I wish there would be more of Wo Fat in the episodes and cant wait to see how that ends.

I would also love to see Sean Combs(who was a guest star) in season 1 join the cast, since they obviously wrote it where he could come back. I don't normally like him but he was great in the episode.

I also always suspected the CIA Analyst to be in with Wo Fat.

You turned me on to Criminal Minds and I thank you for that. But I'm here in Hawaii and even I don't watch that show

I watch Hawaii 5-0 during the summer, when everything is is reruns, and thoroughly enjoy it. It's against Castle, which sucks. I wish they'd put it on Tuesday night after NCIS, NCIS:LA. That would be awesome.

I liked O'Loughlin in Moonlight too. I just think $40.00 for the DVD Season 1 of H50 is ridiculous!

I remember when it was a brand new series. I think it was aired on Tuesday nights.

Best cop show, ever, in my opinion.

My favortie episode was "The Nickel and Dime Killers."

I think CBS wouldn't want to put three of their top rated shows on in the same night, they want to try and spread the wealth. Hell, the only reason NCIS: Los Angeles(An awesome show BTW!) is on after NCIS unstead of another night is because it's in the NCIS family. They are talking about making another NCIS spin off too I heard I think it is going to be in New York or something.

I would love to see the all on the same night though.

Did you see O'Loughlin as the "Unsub"(Bad Guy) in the Criminal Minds Episode "The Big Wheel"? If you like him as an actor, it is one of his finest performances.

It's worth the $40.00 You should be able to find it online for about $29.99 and make a print out and best buy has to honor it no matter where you got it from.

I think you aren't talking the new and improved series, I think you are talking about the original since I can't seem to find the episode your talking about in the new series.

Yea, one of my favs now. Think I've seen every one. I'll admit too that I've never actually seen Hawaii-5-O,but until now, haven't heard a lot of good about it

I think you might really like the show. It has a LOT more humor then Criminal Minds.

Basically the show revolves around Steve McGarrett a former Navy Seal who returns to Hawaii to investigate the death of his father who is personally asked by the Governor of Hawaii to create a Task Force to handle serious crimes on the Islands. It is a senior Law Enforcement team with jurisdiction over everything and only answers to the Governor to get violent offenders off her Islands by any means necessary with unquestioned blanket amnesty to his team no matter what method they use.

A little bit about McGarett. He is a very good Seal, some what impulsive and uses high risks and even tortures suspects to get information or admissions from them knowing the immunity the team has. He comes to learn to completely trust\love his team and refers to them as family. Although even when his team asks what kind of missions did he run as a Seal all's he can say is he can neither confirm or deny.

First one he recruits is a new Detective Sgt. from New Jersey, Danny- Danno Williams(Scott Caan) to be his new partner. Danno is investigating the murder of Steve's father for the HPD. Danno is a very by the book detective(The only one in Hawaii who wears a tie) who just moves to Hawaii recently to be closer to his daughter. McGaretts actions like holding suspects off buildings for information or thow them into shark tanks or drive them around tied to the hood of a car don't normally set well with the Straight Laced Danno which is where the comic relief comes in. It is one of the best
dynamacs between actors then I have ever scene.

Then you add Chin Ho Kelley a wrongfully disgraced former Sgt. with HPD and now a Security Guard at a marina. He was Steve's fathers partner and friend who Steve brings to the team with full stripes. Then theres Chin's cousin Kono a cop right out of the academy who backs the team up 100%.

I promise this just isn't just another cop show.

I just watched this weeks episode on www.CBS.com, it's on there free if you missed it and it is one of the best episodes yet! Wo Fat(Mark Dacascos)and Jenna are back and so is Joe White(Terry O'Quinn) and the head of Seal Team 9 Wade Gutches(David Keith). It's an episode you dont wanna miss!

I LOOOOVEE this show! It is so well written and well cast. This past episode (Episode 10) was INCREDIBLE. Alex O'loughlin is an incredible actor. If you thought his role as the Unsub in Criminal Minds was good, you should check out his performance in a movie called "Feed". He was PHENOMINAL in it! He plays one HELL of a bad guy.

I would like to see them ad Sean "Diddy" Combs to the cast. I hate the guy normally but his special guest role in season one was really good and he fits with the rest of the cast and they ended the episode where they hinted at him coming back!

The new episode was awesome! I am curious to see who Joe White was talking to at the endo of the episode. I am thinking one or both of McGarret's parents still alive and in hiding from Wo Fat. That or maybe Joe White is working with Wo Fat...........
