What are some phrases/sayings that are often said incorrectly that bug you? I think the one I hear the most is "I could care less," when it really should be "I couldn't care less."

When someone starts a sentence with, "No Offense"... that usually means that person is about to offend the hell out of you. What's worse is I've caught myself using it from time to time and that irritates me even more.

There is always the "to be honest" line.... as if you wanted them to lie or wing it lol.
