What I like about it, is it's so much more than just a zombie flick. There's actual substance....fantastic story line!

You should check out the graphic novel it's based on. The Walking Dead is a great series, I'm also enjoying American Horror Story on FX. It's good to see horror series that are actually horror, Supernatural started out that way until it turned into the whole Angels vs Demons schtick.

When I first heard Walking Dead was in the works and was on AMC I was worried they were going to skimp on the gore...glad they didn't.

[SPOILER]

I hope they just let that little kid die from the gunshot wound. I know they won't, but it would be nice to see some real fallout.

I hear ya, plastic, but I think the show has been so far better than most on having realistic outcomes for characters.

I think they will leave the kid dead. They interviewed the writer and he said he doesn't really get attached to the characters. He was pretty funny with a dry sense of humor.

I've taken to watching this and American Horror Story. I am not normally attracted to these types of shows, but I'm left with no choice. I'm enjoying both and guess I am now a convert.

The little girl is missing, I don't think we know if she's dead yet.

There's always going to be groups of people they run across so they can keep adding to the cast as needed. The same was done with the British series Survivors.

I really just want Norman Reedus to drop the southern accent for thirty seconds, get a zombie on his or her knees, and start reciting, "And shepherds we shall be, for thee, my lord, for thee..."

Michael Rooker, he was the Sheriff in Slither, and the Sheriff in The Dark Half.

Did you see the parody they did on The Soup???? It was AWESOME!! The Kardashians get infected and get blown away and Seacrest is the last zombie standing but they get him after he kills Mankini so they decided to go to Comedy Central to see who was alive!!!! I loved it!!

I was reading this article in Rolling Stone about "The walking dead". Andrew Lincoln,( a.k.a. sheriff Rick Grimes), father in law is Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull!

So Shane got Lori pregnant the ONE time they bumped uglies in the woods.

It seems that just like sands through the hourglass, so are the Walking Dead days of our lives.

Dun, dun, dun...

(It better be a zombie baby or something.)

Ya, I would like to see the girl at some point again, and also the guy who sawed off his hand (Norman's bro) to get out of the handcuffs. The actor also played 'Henry' in 'Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer'. He's good as that redneck.

Looks like you are going to get your wish to see Norman's brother if next weeks preview holds true. :)
