Topic: I DID SOMETHING WAYYYYYYYY STUPID! | |
---|---|
I thought I would be making more space on my photobucket, if I deleted some pictures, I deleted about 200 of them.
I had NO IDEA that they would all be deleted from all of my posts if I deleted them there. I have written Photobucket Support, and am awaiting an answer... Does anyone have ANY idea how I might be able to get them back??? THank you,Luv2 |

I don't think so unless Photobucket stores them somewhere else.

If Photobucket can't restore them, then the only way *I* know of doing it is to right-click on the dead images here... copy the link location into the address bar... and you will see the name of the image. If the image was not originally on *your* computer... then doing a "google search" for it might find it. Unfortunately, it sounds like you are going to have to do an awful lot of work to get them back this way. (including finding every one of the now dead images here) Sorry luv2 |

I did the same with a few pics...you have to find them again wherever you first obtained them..then download on photobucket......again.:(

Yep that was stupid. LOL
Excuse my rudeness for laughing. Now, here is the question. Where did you get the pictures? Are they on your computer anywhere? In your "pictures" folder? If so you can upload them again, but that will not restore the pictures you posted because they will have been renamed by the photo website. You can't restore them to your previous posts because the edit feature is expired. The only way is if you can rename the pictures the exact same name they had when you uploaded them from the photo website. All of that is too much trouble. Just forget about it is my advice. |
