hey everyone, i am fairly new to this site.. i've been in houston for 10 years so i am familiar but i'm running out of ideas and places to head to with the friends.. what are some of your favorite spots here?

Sambuca's or Cezzanes for Jazz, Mcgonnigals Mucky duck for other kinds of music. Shakespear's for a smoky joint with some good bands, might be blues or rock and roll or any such. Try driving to Corpus for Dr Rockets blues Bar sometime. Watch for the Tilted Kilt in a couple months, opening some new places. Sherlocks on Westheimer is ok.
