Go to bug report. Did you do what Kristy said to do?? I did the bug report and I don't know where Kristi was talking about...I went into setting and tools...no luck there either i can't find the damn pop up blocker!!!!grrrrrrrrr |

ok, all the way to the right of the address bar is a star and a wrench. click on the wrench.
when the choices come up, click on extensions. see if you have a pop up blocker there, if so delete it for now |

also when you click on the wrench you will see an option for downloads
check to see if anything is downloaded that you don't recognize |

i don't see that on mine. maybe you could load up with firefox, then get on mingle and see if your smilies work before we delete anything on chrome
