thinking wow... thanks doc... i come to you because i'm in HORRIBLE pain, and first you lose my paperwork and forget about me for 5 HOURS, then you treat me like you think i'm just trolling for meds! I needed something to help me! i was in tears at work because it hurt so bad! phuck you! I've never touched an illegal drug or abused a med in my life!!
