That wasn't packing material or foam. He made a hole in it with very littel effort and the way he flicked his hand twice when he pulled it made me think some was sticking on his hand. Or it was wet.

The translation (in case anyone was wondering what they were saying) is:

Those effing Americans! They have too much time and money on their hands! What the hell are they creating now? And, why can't they keep it over their own damn country?!

Or else it is some of that sludge that those chem trail planes spew around in the atmosphere. Either way I'm sure UFO's are involved.:wink:

yea it does kinda look like soap suds, but those would pop and evaporate away, and it doesn't stick to the guys hand or arm. weird stuff.
