The people in the ER try to save your life! They may violate you in your eyes but to them it is all in a days work and they have to check you all out to find all the problems when you have blunt trauma.

I work in a hospital and the doctors and nurses are watched over very closely and have rules and regulations galore. It is extremely rare that one would violate any rule or ethic at risk of being sued or jail time, and they will turn in a colleague if they see a colleague violate a law, but if you think you were violated, you need to contact an attorney and the hospital and report it, also should file a police report to get it started. May want to talk to an attorney first to get some advice as any charges against hospitals/doctors, so forth, draw a lot of media attention so I would talk to an attorney for some advice as to what to do and what to expect first.
