I'll take some advice. Ruth, Sometimes when we don't get enough rest or when we worry it is hard to focus on our goals or responsibilities and we even forget what they are. Distractions take us away from the moment. Direct your attention to your spiritual side and place your burdens and worries in the hands that higher power and rest in faith that all is well and clarity will come when you awaken. Don't be in a hurry. Be in the moment. Your are moving in the right direction.
