Actually I don't like to favor someone at workplace. Do people think otherwise for you if you don't favor anyone?

I always believed that if you vaule oneself it's easier to share those vaules to others but don't force those vaules on anyone these vaules must be earned. Live and work by example and just maybe someone will catch on that lifes challenges arent as rough as they may seem to be.
