Yeah brother. Very few people have the good things in life handed to them on a silver platter. The rest of us have to work for, sacrifice for and EARN the good things in our lives. It makes me apprecieate things more to earn the good things I have.

It is not only the lot of gays to go through life without the true love of a woman.

Some guys who are hetero, and are horny, also go through life loveless. And there is not a thing they can do to change that.

Yours truly qualifies for that, and yet I learned how to deal with it. You just do. If you get mutilated, you learn how to live with that, too. People in slavery (any -- not just black slavery in the USA) learn to live with being a property of another. People who are soldiers learn to live with impending death on a daily basis.

These things you don't learn coz you really want to give up your right to the happiness others have, but due to some sort of automation. You live with it, then it doesn't even seem strange, and eventually it does not bother you. That's what it means, to "learn to live with it." There is no school or textbook not even a "For Dummies" book to tell a body how to "learn to live with it."
