HIGHWAY 40 BLUES Ricky Skaggs (this dude is even countrier than Hank.......) ya I really like him, and really need to take more time to listen to him. It is definitely a gap in my music collection & knowledge that I haven't spent moire time listening to Ricky Skaggs but I love what I have heard I saw him live four times back in the 80's......it was beyond amazing. I imagine it would be I DO have some Bill Monroe actually OMG I met and hung out a little with Bill Monroe on Sept. 23, 1988 no way! well I did get to see one of ernest tubb's last concerts - casual blast - little kids & grannies dancing in the aisles and such - love the chicks too - ^ admire them for sticking together Well, sweetestgirl11, we should e-mail about this stuff sometime. |
