The cool thing about friends are, they know a lot more about you than you think they do. It's a special connection thing, you know what I mean? Sometimes out of the blue they teach you something that you are totally blind to.

We, as people, might hang on to a blind side of us for a long time, but a good friend digs deeper, and even though you may not know they are looking out for your best interest they are.

The key to life in my book is "love everyone". This doesn't mean in-love, or even sometimes in-like, but if you love everyone you are able to see them through a different set of eyes. This is by no means the easiest thing in the world to do, but it can make life for you and them a lot better.

Another biggie is "peace". You can't keep the peace through being quiet. Peace comes through sharing. If you don't share you don't care. In my business, and relationships I call this the "open book method". Nothing feels more free than being an open book. You can always tell when someone has their book closed. In time this person will always exposed themselves. The more you open your book the more you can see their defense go up. You know that it is only a matter of time before there is going to be a confrontation, and believe me it will happen. After this does do your best to let the air settle and stretch out the hand of friendship once again. This gives the other a chance to feel good about themselves again. The worst thing to do even if the door has to be shut is to not let peace take place, or at least offer peace.

There's a saying "the peace that passes all understanding". We don't have to understand peace, we just need it to have a truthful life. Truthful to ourselves and truthful to others.
