Here we are with a new football season just around the corner. Steelers are looking good again this year. Maybe another Super Bowl. What do you think?

I think the Steelers absolutely have a shot at it. Tough team, they've always been a contender. Great football program. I also think Green Bay is not one to be taken lightly. They have Aaron Rodgers, and that team will be a force to deal with this season. I also think Atlanta will be a contender, with a near perfect record last year, until it fell apart in the playoffs. So many talented players, so many really good football programs. It is a bit early in the season to make predictions, but those three are definitely something to watch for, and i'm looking forward to the season.

Let's talk Ravens!!!!

I thought the Ravens were gone.

Steelers always are a team to worry about (even if I am a bit partial), but you can't predict much of anything from preseason. Even against Philly the other day. Philly's a fairly tough team, so I wouldn't be surprised if we see them postseason. I'm not sure yet if the schedule is going to help or hurt us yet though. The majority of the tough games are in the first half of the season, which is good as far as not messing up the season because of injuries. Pit usually plays better in cold weather, so we'll see how that goes..... On the bad side, jumping right in against the Ravens, Colts and Titans in the first 5 weeks may hamper us in case we're not 'in the groove' yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see.......

Aw chit. I just realized that our first reg season game is on the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. That can't be good.
