Watching the Falcons/Eagles game. As badly as Atlanta played last week, this may be a close game. Remember, Vick was a qb for Atlanta, so the Falcon's coaches know the strengths and weaknesses. Vick Is left handed, so the right side will probably be weak. Atlanta up by 7, but this could quickly change. I cannot predict the outcome, but if Atlanta has one winnable game, this one may be it.

*edit to add, Atlanta will not have the luxury/advantage of reading other qb's. In short, they will need to tighten up, both on offense and defense.

*edit..
The Eagles put 7 on the board, and passing into the right side..

Final 35//31 Falcons over Eagles.

One thing i will say here. It was a stupid gamble, for the Falcons to attempt a clock rundown with 2 minutes left. You cannot run down two minutes, without getting a delay of game penalty.

This resulted in a fourth down punt, which, if returned, could potentially result in a touchdown. You can't risk that, when you only have a four point lead.

The smarter move here, would have been to run the ball a couple of times, and then run the clock down. This ensures possession of the ball, without the threat of a last minute return.

It was a good game, but in my estimation, that was a very stupid thing to do, and Atlanta is lucky it didn't backfire.

Professional ball players should know that.

While i want to support my home state of Ga. I do have to acknowledge Green Bay. In my estimation, this is probably the most dynamic team in the NFL. Great offense, great defense, just a powerhouse of a team. If i were a betting man, i would have to put my money on Green Bay. Of course it's still early in the season, But no way i would count these guys out.

I never count them out, and my betting odds are terrific. My spread is usually on almost to the exact point...

They are and have been a great "all around" team. I dont know much about Wisconsin other than the enormous Creme Puffs they are famous for and that for some reason their football team Rules.
