as far as the wiretapping, I am sorry but ti should have always been a fact thatthe government could tap at any time. Theywould still have to go through proper channels to get a warrant based on what they hear, but the wires should still be tapped, especially commercail and public wires as they are already falling under the heading of "public"

it's been a fact that they do it but making it legal is something that i just don't agree with
