It is easy to get p!ssed off or indignant over that kind of thing....cause it happens alot in my company. Still, if you are like me...no matter what you feel...you still get the job done and you do it better than anyone around you. That is something money can't buy. Respect is earned. When people walk past upper management to come to me for anything and everything....I LIKE IT!

Bigger paychecks are great and we all want them. There a still a few of us who think that hard work and devotion is the way to go.

Do your job man. Do it better than any man before you. Exceed....then excel.

To hell with the other people. The ones who work along side you...the ones who understand....THEY will respect you. For me, it means more to have my men and little old lady confident in me than to have a higher up pat me on the head and giving me a blessing.
