Happiness is knowing you

You can have the stars and you can have the moon
You can have all in the world, my heart and soul soon
I save my tears just for you in a jar that’s above my bed
Just so you can count and see how many over you I shed
Here is this prayer, hear my prayer I shout out to the blue
For all my life I never knew that happiness was knowing you
So may the stars and moon be your guiding light in the gloom
May the world keep you safe and hold you warmly in its womb
May my heart, soul and tears remind you of a love that’s so true
