Why do I get an email saying I have mail from someone here, but there's nothing in my mailbox?
Just wondering, it's from someone I don't even know, so I'm not really that concerned about missing it. |

Everybody some how ask's that question,I've been here two weeks or less. It's a mistake on this site or an error they have yet to fix father.
Just uncheck everything in your mail settings that way next time you log in you will know rather or not you really have mail or not. |

I've been here 3 months and it's the first time it's ever happened to me. Most times I get the mail in my mailbox here a good while before I get the email notice about it.

unless it was a scammer that they deleted & that would delete the mail too.
Mine normally pops up in the corner with in a minute of getting a note. a pop up from msn. the other day it was messed up so we got the notices in a big pile the next day. |

Oh yeah, that makes sense, I didn't think about them getting deleted. I haven't really gotten that much scam mail since I've been here.

just seems easier that way |

 yea when I do make it back to my Email I have to go down the list & delete 20, 30 of them....
