My prissy little girl, Miss Emmie Linn, does not do anything crazy...She spins for treats, speaks on command for treats, shakes hands for treats, and sits pretty for treats....She is up my azz 24/7, cries when I leave the house, will only heel if I bribe her with treats, will only come if I bribe her with treats, and insists on sitting on my lap when I drive (which is against the law in Tennessee)...In my eyes she is the smartest, most well behaved, prettiest dog in the hood and if you are ever in need of a good people trainer, Miss Em's your man... Hilarious Leigh... Miss Emmie Linn (cute name btw) sounds like the perfect miss prissy too.. she's got you trained right.. lol..

My dogs get so excited before I take them for a walk I started spelling "walk" but Boe, the male has learned to spell. I can just start to spell it saying W, A, L, ... and he knows what I am talking about and starts jumping all over the place. Yea.. I like that one.. Jeanniebean... Boe is definitely a competent speller... hehehehe... when Hammer was 3 his daddy, my ex, used to take him for a walk down to the creek in the evenings... walked him on his leash.. Hammer got to liking his walk so much that on the evenings that Tim was tired and just wanted to kick back with the remote, Hammer would get the leash from off the hook by the door and bring it Tim with it dangling from his mouth... it was cute as the dickens... what kind of dogs do you have... how many total.. I've got 3... but Tim took 2 with him... Boe is a mixed breed who was my father's lap dog and companion. My dad had Alzheimer's and that dog was in his lap constantly and slept with him. He is now taking care of my mom. (and me because he makes me walk him every day.) I also have a schnauzer, that is Boe's mate. Her name is DeeDee. cool.. Jeanniebean, nice to get to know you, and Boe and DeeDee too.. I've got tons more stories about mine... I'm sure you do too... Sad to hear about your dad... and I hope you and your mom are doing well... I know your youngins (dogs) must keep you amused and spoil you with their love too... what would we do without them...

My dog Hikoi went roaming & got impounded. Now when he roams he drags Mitzi the female by the collar with him.

There are two dogs here, where I'm staying at. I love them both. One is a miniature poodle named Coco, the other is a Jack Russell. They entertain me all day. Coco loves to sit in my lap, watching the computer screen. Jack has to be close to my feet or legs. Coco likes to give me kisses then she settles down back in my lap. I put my clothes out of the drier Coco gets in the basket while I cover her with the warm clothes. I throw a towel from the drier in the basket, she will lay there till the warmth goes away then back into my lap. I feel really needed and loved all day. unconditional love, nothing else like it... and the happy dance for kisses from the smaller dogs is so cute... my sister has a jack russell and she's so feisty.. a little speed demons... who thinks she can leap over tall buildings in a single bound... Coco's little warm treats sound so delicious... I too enjoy snuggling in a blankey fresh from the dryer... she's a girl with excellent taste... and you, Jeff, are her comfy... Coco does that little horseshoe dance side ways, then she rolls over onto her back. If I do not pet her she jumps at my legs till I do. SO needed that little one is. She has me trained now to get a towel and warm it in the drier so she has a nice little warm place to laid down.

Kathy the owner has Jack trained to bone once for a treat, twice to be let out. Three times to go for a walk. When it is bed time Jack gets down in a crawling motion to let everyone know he is ready to go to bed. He gets his treat, and goes in to cuddle in his bed till they go to bed. Then he takes his position on the bed next to Coco.
