Poet - ask your doc about Chantix, a new med that is working really well for a lot of people, they say it is curing the cravings and making it a lot easier to quit smoking. Not an antidepressant, just for quitting smoking only. Some people who have smoked for 30 and 40 years have used it and it worked, minimal side effects. Just a thought.

Thanks Marie but I am trying really hard right now to stay chemical free now that I am off all my other meds I want to stay that way...I figure if I can be sober and give up usin druigs then I can quit smoking
