on your post, look on the lower right hand corner after you send the reply. you will see some options. if you see an edit option than you can change what you posted. what vivian wanted you to do is copy the first post on the beginning of the texas thread, then edit your first post by pasting all the characters if it has been more than an hour since you posted the first post than you will only see a quote or reply option

I just talked to the rodeo. They said there will be plenty of tickets. Everyone gets a free Coke Zero and hot dog. If that's not enough there is a bar-b-que buffet but it's $12.75 but if you can pass for 12 years old or younger it's only $8.00.
