There is an interesting issue being discussed in liberal circles.
As we all know, The Conservatives on the Supreme Court want the Constitution exactly as it was written. So, the question would be, from where in the constitution does the Supreme Court derive pre-eminent power over the other two branches of Government? That didn't come about until Marbury v Madison in 1803. Kind of an intriguing idea, huh? |
