I have NEVER had issues here with bugs that I can't keep at bay here
BUT,,,your new advertising ad or just a bug here,,has ME...well my computer..I have my pop ups blocker on,,-------------------------which I have never had to use it here,,or anywhere,,lol But EVEN THAT,,does not stop this bug ad whatever you want to call it GRRRRR
EVERY click or change of screens I go into here,,IT POPS in with it and delays my computer and shows me it here at the top of thescreen and then snaps to the bottom ,,where it slows everything?
I have NEVER had ANY virus protections in my programs,,but have never had any I couldn't get rid of til this little fella...
IS IT,,a new ad here that HAS GREAT ABILITIES to be SEEN?
Or is it a bug coming through it?
It says that its Google Analysticsor something of that name..?

You should keep your computer and browser up to date. Also having antivirus and spyware protection is a must.

If you don't have AV and spyware protection, Avast! Free Edition and Spybot Search and Destroy are good. Get those and do a scan with both, make sure you're clean.

And a pass with CCLeaner by Piri-soft would not hurt either. A lot of that crap hides in the temporary folders!

I tried to go get that program that Totage speaks of above here and it was just a come on for their costly program,,as their free down-load only took 100 items out and said,,more money to fix the rest of the items THEY said I have wrong with my computer...So its still this problem,,in every section I click on here,,it attaches?
I'm nut a computer geek and I work a computer better inside one than in any programs on a screen,,lol,,but this one will not stop popping in,,causing me to remove it,,at every click I make here,,or be slowed down very bad,,if not just stopped,,?

Hey Totage,,I tried Avasti and it wants me to pay now,,before it will fix me? what is spybot? Its not another trial and then buy there program is it? I don't have any anti virus program as I have caught them before they get to far,,because MOST will change the way the computer runs,,,and ANY change is a reason for me to look,,,I'm battling a program NOW in it that was a translation download,,called WhiteSmoke,,,,NEVER get that download,,it is NOT one to get rid of easy at all...it attaches to ext files and its nasty...
I've yet to ever find a FREE clean up program on the net,,,that works and is truly FREE?

Spybot Search and Destroy is free always has been, get from the link above though, that's their official site.

I haven't used Avast in while, they may have changed, it wasn't like that when I used them. AVG free is good, but tends to slow down your system, or at least it did last time I used it.

As far as I can tell, iam4u, we are not serving such an ad at this time. As usual, totage provides some nice resources for scanning one's machine for unwanted programs.

Charles, I downloaded spybot,,it has scanned my computer taken out all it had found. I am free and fine on FB,,my only other site than here that I go on. Here STILL I have this Google Analystic pop up come in on every click,,I TRY to go to?

You should have a print screen (prt sc) button on your keyboard. Next time you see the pop-up, hit that button immediately.

Then, go to Programs>Accessories>Paint

Paste the screenshot in paint, by going to edit>Paste

Save it as a .gif

Then go to somewhere such as fileupyours.com and upload the pic you just saved.

Once you upload it, you will be given the BBCode to post the pic in a forum (like this).

Well it sounds to me like you have a virus, bc I have experienced similiar problems in the past (not this site). If those scanners detected anything at all, it is possible that you have a regenerating virus or several of them. Its possible that your OS is beyond repair too, not all viruses are curable.

Have you recently downloaded any programs? Tool bars?

PROBLEM SOLVED!

I ran iAntiVirus (seems to be the only free virus scanner to work) on my macbook and found the trojan that was causing it...
It was called Trojan.OSX.DNSChanger.B.
On the google support forums other people with the same problem have found this trojan as well, and upon removing it have found their problem solved.
Obviously Mac are NOT immune to viruses, so get iAntiVirus and scan for this trojan!

**Edit. Upon checking further, that iantivirus program is only for macs. Perhaps you could try a better anti virus program designed for windows? Maybe avast or avira. Hope that helps.

Mark, Totage, and Charles,,THANKS,,I have been downloading many programs allday and finally,,feel,its ok again,,,nobugs here or in my systems,,,but its been me and my son all day and night to get er right,,,lol I now have a virus program installed and its a malware and ad ware program plus AVG,,so I should be good to go...God willing..THANK YOU ALL for your support and helpin my struggles withthis,,,God Blessyou guys,,,

Keep everything up dated and make sure they don't conflict with each other and you should be good.

Hey Terry... been a long time... yes definitely get some sort of Virus protection on your computer or it won't last long. So many people have way too much time on their hands now adays and are sending viruses out by the thousands (tho I do believe most of them are for gathering info and are coming from Africa and Russia as that seems to be where most of the scam artists are from). I pay about $50 for McAfee and believe me though its a lot of money its worth it to protect my computer. ESPECIALLY if you are on Facebook. FB has an extreme amount of viruses on it!!
