Whenever I try to sign into my mingle account, I keep getting a message at the bottom of the screen that tells me to type these words to verify that I am human...it is usually some kind of ad. Once I deliberately typed the wrong thing and it let me in. I got the same thing when I tried to click the "contact us" button to send you guys a message? Is this normal?

yeah, it's a pain in the butt...
takes about 20 tries to get logged on didn't use to do that, now it's every time gets real old has kept me off here a couple times |

I've never had that happen, but if the characters are too hard to read, reload the image by clicking the reload button or refreshing the page.

It never used to happen but now(maybe for the past month) it happens almost all the time. The first time it happened, I think I had changed my password. I change the password a few times since then---maybe that has something to do with it?

I thought it was supposed to be a random thing but certain things could als trigger it. Maybe they're working on it or something. |
