My son is 7 and all boy.He likes to put on my knee high nylons and yesterday he had on a pair of actual nylons. He has no interest in girls clothes or anything just likes the feel of the fabric. What should I do about this if anything.

nylons feel kind of neat. i wouldn't worry about it regardless...just ignore it.

do they have anything similar for guys?

If you choose to discourage him, you may make him feel that his behavior is "bad" and he will feel badly about himself. We love and accept our children no matter what. Maybe he will grow up and be one of the men that loves stockings on his woman.

Let him do it at home. They feel good to him.

My nephew loved when I or him Mom wore pantyhose/stockings/tights and would always be feeling on our legs. My son thinks they are neat, but I rarely wear them. My nephew is a grown man now and perfectly normal.

LOL @ Lazy!

There are a lot of men that wear panty hose. Men in the military do. They say it helps keep them warmer. They do make pantyhose for men, complete with the extra space just for them.
It is probably just a phase, I wouldn't worry too much, for now.

Maybe your son can convince some of the ladies I've been out with to wear them with a dress and heels. I've never been a fan of the bare-legged look with a dress & heels.

I am sure that he will find that socks are easier to put on because they are shorter.

Well, perhaps he is just fascinated by the whole "second skin" thing of panty-hose. When they are that young they dont really see it as womens clothing so much as a...um..."interesting grown device"?
hehe.

I wouldn't worry, Kids are funny that way. I have a six year old son whose father swears I 'm raising to be a girl! I'm not, it's just, you know I think it's good for them to experience what the girls get to play with and stuff. He loves to put makeup on, and used to paint his nails. now we limit it to toes cause he's in school, he has a bunny purse that he keeps his money in...On the other side, he is all boy, the karate chopping jumping off the bunkbed and yelling at the top of his lungs type!

well ladies i feel better.i never discourage exploration but this just was a shocker since he is a loud all boy kid.But he does have that side that collects teddie bears, loves to play with cooking sets, dollhouses etc.I'm glad nhe has it because he will be a sensitive man i hope.
