some people have trouble getting over a label once they have applied it
to someone but i don't think it is true. feelings always change but if you don't just want to be friends i don't think you should just stay around hoping that the feelings will change, it will add too much drama. |

My personal opinion...I believe every great relationship shoud start as
friends. I mean if you dont have true friendship then the rest is meaningless. Companionship is the greatest gift you can give someone. Sex is great- making love is even greater... your bond is stronger and you can enjoy so many things together. Its not just about one area if you are friends. It overflows into all aspects of your life together. |

An old Indian saying:
First you marry, then you fall in love. I don't know about that. I guess their philosophy is once you are committed you are forced to love your partner. Hell, what is the percentage of Indian divorces? I have no statistics on that, but I have a feeling it's somewhat low compared to us. Of course that could be due to lack of reports. But I tend to think they aren't as spoiled as we are. I think they tend to hold to traditions that worked. But that doesn't say that they don't have unhappy marriages. Even today. ghostrecon |
