I worked really hard to put my life back together after a major depression, that was 5 years ago, and it was great, comfy, stable but then my company closed down, and I decided to go back to school, so im losing my job, I'm moving to a not so good neighborhood so I can have more money, and I have a bit more responsibilities, anyway the pressure is making me depressed, I feel it but at least now my life stays in focus. Worse, because of the lifestyle I have been leading for the past 5 years, I didn't need energy for anything, I hardly even ate. I am getting older and for the first time in my life my body let me down during the move, I felt so ashamed to have my friends finish the work without me.

So that's it I lost my stability and it makes me insecure because I realize I have so much more to learn about being responsible.
