my kids would never do that crap, although i know some others that would.

You say children like it is more then one. Is that how people say hello where you are from? Maybe it is a sign of endearment? I am not sure. seems kind of odd to for a child to come up to somebody and say, "Hey I know you!" then kick you. I am sorry I am breaking up laughing over here.

Huh. I gather more than one child has done this to you? There is a semi-permanent thread on here where everybody greets by spitting..Ptoooooie, and it is a sign of affection. Maybe the kickers..heck I don't know hahaha ya if he doesn't want to kick them back he could spit a couple good size snot wads in their hair oughta take care of the problem |

 You folks have some good ideas out there. You know, its been along time since I was a child; but, if I was to kick anyone ...(it may be one of the parents, of the children.)

i do agree wth you: josie68.....i did talk to some parents, then we agreed , the children would not kick any more. ( it did not take.) Not only do the dogs like my leg, the children still kick that leg & now a few neighborhood birds are dumping on my leg and shoe. 
That a wooden leg that they kick??

I've never seen such behavior kids throwing chit at people, kicking others doesn't matter if their adults or other kids wow just glad my boys are grown up and that was never an issue for us |

Many children know me in my town. So, if I go somewhere, and one was to see me.... They will say, "I know you" then it comes....the kick on my leg. Wow. You sure do have a reputation among children. What do they know about you that we do not know? |

Many of my friends have large families. My best friend has 6 children. (many of them are married, and have children of their own.) I feel sorry for people who do not know very many children.

62??? What could they possibly so dislike you as to say, "I know you!" and inspire such a response? I've only seen that behaviour, say, on The Little Rascals or with Larry, Moe and Curly. Surely such a reaction has basis. Do tell??!!!

NO.. and if they did , I would put them over my knee and give their behinds a good hiding.. or kick them back.. Honestly dont their mothers stop them.. That is so unacceptable.. Talk to their parents, its sooo wrong, and not something that any child with any respect from 2 to 20 should do to anyone.. I totaly agree.Talk to the parents,if they do not stop it.Then kickem back.
