oh Jerry ,whats wrong? Not healing the way you expected too?  My niece fell off her bike and now she really needs a shoulder replacement, but because she is only 40 they say she isn't a canidate because they only last 10 years.She may lose the mobility of her arm. Her livleyhood is making jewellery and quilts.This really sucks. |

oh yeah it been awful. the accident happened a week ago Friday.
They didn't schedule surgery til June 27th. The surgeon said it was critical she has surgery( not the replacement) as soon asap.We all petioned the Government , notified the Tv and newspapers . And got it moved up to Thurs.So hopefully she will regain something movement. |

oh yeah it been awful. the accident happened a week ago Friday. They didn't schedule surgery til June 27th. The surgeon said it was critical she has surgery( not the replacement) as soon asap.We all petioned the Government , notified the Tv and newspapers . And got it moved up to Thurs.So hopefully she will regain something movement. Gosh Betts....I'm so sorry!!! You had to petition the Government? For her to have surgery? |

No it wasn't that at all.It was a screw up by the hospital she went to.They sent her to another wrong hospital because very few surgeons can do the type of surgery she required. It was a bunch of bureaucratic red tape that got in the way.Any way she is having surgery on Thurs. so that means she is getting it done in the window of time she needed done. The petition to the Government was to get these over paid hospital administrators off their stupid butts and cut the crap.It work too and they are being investigated. |

Thanks ..so are we.Funny how once the MPs ( members of parliment) media and newspapers got involved things moved along.
thankfully the hospitals involved are under the gun now. Small town hospitals. This would not have happened in a major city, and should not have happened there either. |
