First I would call 911, and leave the line open after explaining the situation and the location.

Then I would grab whoever I could to assist me, and go wading in to pull the attackers off with as little force (yeah right! lol) as neccesarry and SIT on them until the police did arrive. And trust me, having a 215 pound man sitting on your chest is not an easy thing to dislodge, especially when every time you try you always manage to crack the back of your head into the cement

It's easy for me to act tough though. I always have come sort of 'insurance pollicy' on me. From a boot knife to that realy long key from that truck we had 15 years ago. Steel toed boots to a chain bracelet or belt.

I been jumped way to many times,. so I learned self defense.

hell I was jumped by three guys but it didn't stop me. I got back up and went to my truck and grabed my club. **** I was in a daze for a bit but was able to get one of them but the othere two kept runny away from me. So I said F this and started to bash out there windows lol

first, 911, then shout a warning, then grab passerbys, then proceed to kick some butt (more like balls, but hey, that's just semantics right)

Just Kick thier a**...If you call 911 first then you may be arrested for assault & battery if you even touch them. Besides how long will it take the police to get there! Desperate times call for desperate measures. Agian beat the f*** out of them I personally couldn't live with myself to let that happen.

Do you wanna know what the law says? Or how it is handled in court?

What the law says, is self defense and defense of another is permissible. HOWEVER, it is up to each individual judge to determine ig it was defense, and if in the case of you jumping into a preexisting fight, your assistance was truly needed.

If the judge feels your assistance was needed, and that it was defense, then you will be clapped on the back and thanked etc.

If the judge deems it was not neccesary for you to enter into it, or that it wast defense, or thatyuo used excessive force then you can be charged with various degrees of assault.
