Obama also said the thought of actually taking bin Laden down did not weigh on him in the slightest.

"As nervous as I was about this whole process, the one thing I didn't lose sleep over was the possibility of taking bin Laden out," Obama said. "Justice was done. And I think that anyone who would question that the perpetrator of mass murder on American soil didn't deserve what he got needs to have their head examined."

Because he is so unpopular and losing ground you will probably see him take a more pro-America approach, especially as it gets closer to election time.

We will see if he has the balls to do this again when we learn the location of the new leader of AQ, Al-Zarqui.

It just isn't about Al Quida. Al Quida is in rapid decline. It's all about Pakistan. Pakistan is up against a hard wall right now. If President Obama is as smart as I know he is, he will use this opportunity to forge a coherent and mutually beneficial relationship with Pakistan, and it will be a very, very good thing for America.

AQ isn't in decline. They still have two powerful leaders, Al-Zarqui who has been incharge since 2009 and the guy from AQAP who was born in the US whos the first American Citizen on the CIA's capture or kill list.

AQ wont be in decline until both of those people are taken out.

The problem our countries leaders have (this one included) is we always help countries that give nothing back and Pakistan will be no different. Saudi Arabia is our second biggest ally in that region and they mess with us every chance they get.

India would be our best ally there, and they're just about ready to handle Pakistan...maybe they'll start "testing" nukes on the Pakistani border again...

Not sure I would trust India, Israel can and will handle anyone in the region that gets uppity. They've been picked alot over the decades so they've gotten pretty good at standing up for themselves. Throw the "fatalist" mentality in that they have and they are a pretty aggressive foe!

yea, Israel can handle a lot of crap... but India hates Pakistan, and any little excuse could make it happen with them... remember about 20 years ago when Pakistan and India were testing nukes on their borders? it almost escalated then...

True and that pisses me off! I cannot believe that citizens here allowed that to happen, we get what we vote for I guess!
