Hi robbygc123,
To answer your question, no you don't need a picture to receive mail. Most members prefer a picture though, so that might be an issue. But it is not a site requirement to get mail. If you are using a cell phone to upload a picture, then that might be the problem. This site doesn't fully support certain cell phones. Your best bet would be to borrow a computer to upload a picture. Hope this helps, Kim |
