It seems someone remembered in 1966 when Charles Whitman went nuts and killed 16 people and tied the Texas police up for HOURS. The whole Anti gun and Gun Control crowd have vastly overstepped sane reason. So if a qualified person with a legitimate Concealed Carry permit brings a gun to a school in Texas they by this set of laws cannot say SQUAT about it. Had someone been armed when Charles Whitman went nuts fewer people would have died.

I hope this passes for Texas.

Guns don't kill people. People with guns kill people. So do people with hand tools, cars, pool sticks, rat poison, sports equipment, and the list goes on.
