WOODLAND, Wash. -- A Woodland man was arrested for burglarizing a business and leaving his drivers' license behind.

Police said on April 13th, 2011, 25-year old Jeremiah Seth Cunningham tried to break into the mini-mall at 650 Goerig Street by throwing golf balls at doors and windows and trying to pry open a door using his drivers' license.

Police said Cunningham got into one vacant store space and tried to smash through the wall to get into the store next door.

The next day, investigators said they found his drivers' license and security camera footage of Cunningham.

He was arrested at his home on Sunday, April 24. Cunningham told police he was too drunk to remember committing crimes, but recalled being in a building and "scratching" a hole in a wall. He told police he was looking for more alcohol.

Cunningham was charged with attempted burglary, burglary, and malicious mischief.
