I tried those smothered burritos and made a batch of peanut butter cookies, I have leftovers for the next day, both are delicious, thank you honey bunny for sharing your recipes.

In three days they will be so very good indeed. Gives a grand taste to egg salad. Even using the onions. They had a good sale on eggs, like they do every year. So I plan on preparing them around Easter.

I like to slice the eggs. Prepare a mixture of creamy horseradish, stone ground mustard, mayonnaise. Four pieces of cooked peppered bacon, on toasted rye bread with a slice of melted cheese. Lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
