Dinner. Coconut-Almond Tilapia, lemon-pepper potatoes & carrots, the last of my homemade French bread (toasted with shredded cheese and diced tomato). Trying to fight off the urge to go slice a piece of the bread that just came out of the oven (Artisan white loaf)
