I am listening to an interview with journalist Jerry Van Dyke, who was kidnapped for 45 days by the Taliban. It's a long story, but harrowing and riveting. (I'm supposed to be doing my Park Host duties, but I can't tear myself away). I don't think the audio is available anywhere as a clip It will be re-played tonight on Oregon Public Broadcasting, but I would be surprised if anybody wen to the trouble of streaming it.

Among them is that there would be not one more bullet fired without the continued active support of the Taliban by Pakistan. That Pakistan wants to frustrate America's efforts in Afghanistan. |

The OPB lady just said that you can download the interview, but I haven't found where the button is.
