I've not found a proprietary drive for Radeon 9200 nor do I specifically know how to install one of those.

Btw, it's the Nvidia driver I have installed but don't want it lol. For some reason it installed this, it's done by default I guess. But am having troubles finding Radeon Proprietary drivers. I've done some things in Terminal that was suppose to install them. Not sure if it did or not. I still have the Nvidia settings so I'm assuming it didn't. It's not as accessible as Windows and or I just don't know where to look to see the drivers in use for your hardware. According to the terminal Radeon should be the driver I'm using, but can not be sure as again I do not know how to check that. In the display settings it doesn't specificy what hardware it's using as far as I'm aware of.
