The rodeo opens tomorrow for the public, so we have been stocking up, or should I say a lady and myself the three 22 years olds were just hanging.

Oh it would be, my hip was kind of yelling at me today. The kegs are kind of heavy. Plus Ken moved in the smoker today so I will be watching the smoker all night tonight.

Whats a smoker?
|

|
It has a fire box where you place the hard wood to burn. Then you have the rack area where the meats gets put, so the smoke from the fire can smoke the meats. Tonight I will watch the smoker to make sure the temp is right and the wood is burning right to produce smoke.
