Hi, this is my first time here. I was just in a relationship of 10 years when it ended over my ex talking to this guy, and plainly, liked him, but kept hiding it from me. She's still trying to make me look like the guilty one, but it's happened before, so I can tell all the signs. Anyways, its put me though so much pain and hurt that it's about to drive me insane. I hope there's someone here that can take this pain away...

Sorry that you are going though so much pain. Im sure most of us have been in that situation before. In order to find someone on here, may i say this with out hurting your feelings? Change what you just said to something positive and save all that bad energy to the back burner.
Say more positive things about yourself to ATTRACT that certain someone. On What you are looking for and How you would like to spend your Date...

Yeah, you are right. Honestly, though, I'm up for almost anything really. I'm into bowling, going to the movies, cuddling at home in front of the TV, and occasionally video games. I'm all about spending as much time as I can with that special someone and making them feel like the most precious thing on earth. I would love to make someone feel that way and have them make me feel that way in return.

metaphorically speaking, when one breaks a leg one doesnt attempt to run a marathon till the leg is out of the cast..youre on the rebound and easy target for any scammer who is out there...

take your time, get to know yourself again, feel ok with being alone and stop looking for "someone to make it all better"...because that isnt going to happen...
