Maybe they get a lot of mail, or haven't been online.
It's unlikely that it was the website or the internet for such a long delay. |

Hi sandiD, There are no current issues with our email system. The person may have simply been offline for some time. It is also possible, the person is relying on mail notifications in their private mail. That being said, it is a good idea to keep a regular check on their Mingle2 account. Although notifications are sent out, we cannot control the personal mail preferences of users. I.E., spam email settings. |
